- Communicate effectively with distributors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline demand processes.
- Evaluate historical sales data to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Continuously assess and improve demand planning procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with herbal medicine industry trends is a plus.
